Current customer app access

Already a FireNav customer? Request installation access using your department email. Web/PWA and private iOS access are available for approved users. Android requests are tracked for follow-up while distribution remains limited to internal testing.

Approval path

  1. Existing users and trusted domains associated with current customer departments can be approved automatically.
  2. Other requests are reviewed to confirm customer department membership before the private FireNav access page is enabled.
  3. Approved users redeem the iOS app on an iPhone or iPad, then continue through the existing FireNav account workflow.
